3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Group bookings may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Confirmation of a booking does not guarantee participation where operational, weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances require cancellation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer cancellations may be eligible for refunds or transfers in accordance with the specific booking policy for the activity or event.
Lough Key reserves the right to cancel activities due to severe weather conditions, operational requirements, health and safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
Where Lough Key cancels an activity, customers will be offered an alternative date, credit note, or refund where appropriate.
- Customer cancellations may be eligible for refunds or transfers in accordance with the specific booking policy for the activity or event.
- Lough Key reserves the right to cancel activities due to severe weather conditions, operational requirements, health and safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Where Lough Key cancels an activity, customers will be offered an alternative date, credit note, or refund where appropriate.
- Boda Borg Bookings: Boda Borg bookings are non-refundable where less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is provided. Customers who cancel 48 hours or more prior to their scheduled booking time may be eligible to transfer or amend their booking, subject to availability and management discretion.
- Failure to attend a booked session without notice (“no show”) will result in the full booking fee being forfeited.

5. Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors are expected to:

Follow all safety instructions and staff guidance.
Supervise children appropriately at all times.
Respect park facilities, equipment, staff, wildlife, and other visitors.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear for activities.
Use attractions and facilities responsibly.

Lough Key reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

6. Health & Safety

Participation in activities may involve inherent risks.

Visitors participate at their own risk and should ensure they are physically capable of undertaking activities booked.

Certain attractions may have age, height, weight, or health restrictions which must be observed.

7. Weather Conditions

Many outdoor experiences operate subject to weather conditions.

For safety reasons, activities may be delayed, modified, or cancelled due to adverse weather without liability beyond applicable refund arrangements.

8. Personal Property

Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.

Lough Key accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property while visiting the park or using facilities.

9. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording may occasionally take place for marketing and promotional purposes.

By entering the premises, visitors acknowledge they may appear in imagery used by Lough Key unless otherwise advised at the time.

Visitors taking personal photography should respect the privacy of others.
