Please read our campsite 2020 updates and safety procedures prior to arrival:

  • The tenting areas are nested among our beautiful woodland landscape allowing for natural physical distancing – we operate a first come first serve basis for the pitching of tents. Please be responsible and keep your distance from your neighbours, there is plenty of space.
  • There are no individual electric  hook ups for tents. Please bear this in mind before arrival. We do have 2x large fridges and a freezer available for tents to use.
  • Our indoor games room will remain closed.
  • Our washing machines & dryer will also remain closed.
  • With a rigorous cleaning regime in place our recently renovated outdoor shower block will be open. Tokens can be purchased at reception during opening hours €2.
  • Bathrooms will be open for tents however we ask those staying in caravans/ campers to use their own sinks/ toilets where possible to reduce numbers using the communal areas. We will ask adults to wear a mask in these areas.
  • All bookings must be made online and paid in full prior to arrival. Campers have up to 24 hours before arrival date to cancel for free otherwise the full amount will be taken.
  • Our visitor centre will remain temporarily closed – this includes Boda Borg, Adventure Play Kingdom and Café
  • Zip it, Tree canopy walk & Bike Hire are open
  • We have an outdoor food truck and a coffee cart located by the lakeside.
  • Along with our vast woodlands, walking trails, numerous islands and historical landmarks, there is a recently developed ‘cycleway’ which will is a fabulously scenic route that will join Lough Key to the town on Boyle via the Boyle canal ideal for all ages to use.
  • Upon arrival or at any given time only we ask your assistance that only one guest is to approach reception. There will be an adequate outdoor queuing system with shelter. Please bear in mind check-ins usually are most busy from 5pm- 8pm. Try and avoid this time to reduce traffic.
  • Every effort will be made to ensure everyone can enjoy their visit to stay safe and well.
  • Remember physical distancing is required throughout our campsite and park, children must be supervised and made aware of this. Those who do not comply with these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

Looking forward to seeing you.

Campsite Team.
